Liability & Policy Waiver

These policies are set in place in order form me to accommodate & provide the best guest experience to every guest.

Covid/Policy Waiver I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Kristi Wood has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, and all other communicable diseases/infections. I further acknowledge that Kristi Wood can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 or any other communicable disease/infection. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 or any other disease/infection may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, salon staff, and other salon clients and their families. I voluntarily seek services provided by Kristi Wood and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.

I attest that: I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days. I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. *I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19

Pricing:

I am an all inclusive hourly independent stylist. This means you will not find an 'A la carte' service menu for my custom cut & color sessions. I focus on utilizing my time to create your desired result and often that requires treatments, multiple techniques & services. So rather than charge for each service, I charge an all inclusive hourly price that includes whatever is necessary to achieve your goal. I have created hourly sessions to choose from that are based according to hair length & density. Price is discussed & agreed upon before services are started.

Gratuities:

Because I am an independent contractor charging hourly for salon services, I no longer take gratuity. However when doing any on location special event or bridal services in my studio that are 'A La Carte' or bridal packages, there is an option for gratuity to be added. Gratuity is completely optional. Never Expected. Always appreciate.

Salon Rules & Regulations:

~Keep all valuable items with you or at home during your services. Beautiful You Holistic Studio can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

~Please advise Kristi of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

~No pets are allowed in the building.

~I absolutely love children but to guarantee the best service to keep your service on time & to keep moms in my chair as relaxed as possible I would suggest not bring children if you can, but as a mom I know that it can be hard. I want you to feel safe, comfortable and welcome to bring your baby or children with you whenever you need too. I just ask to please bring some activities to entertain them with during your appointment and give me a heads up!

Cancellation Policy:

I understand any appointment with Kristi Wood not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of Kristi's cancellation policy protocol. A $25 per hour booked does apply with less than 24 hours' notice and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Late Policy:

Life happens and we run late sometimes. Please notify me if you are ever running late and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to provide the best service to you without feeling rushed. A rescheduling fee of $25 per hour booked will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

​Redo Policy:

I strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. I understand if you would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving your scheduled appointment, Kristi will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 10 days of your initial appointment. I understand no refunds are allowed under any circumstance.

Product Return Policy:

I understand a very lightly used product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchasing. I will make sure to reach out to Kristi Wood with my concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
